My princess was very enthusiastic about preparing this Japanese delicacy with me. She enjoyed preparing it, and crushed it.

Ingredients

-1 ½ lbs wild Alaskan halibut

-2 tbsp sherry

-3 tbsp sugar

-½ tsp ground ginger

-½ cup soy sauce

-1 garlic clove crushed or chopped
