Savory Rosemary Grilled Halibut Skewers
Ingredients
- 1 pound skinned wild alaskan halibut
- 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl
-  Cube halibut into 1" cubes.
-  Let marinade for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
-  Preheat grill to 350 degrees
-  Skewer pieces and grill for 5 8 minutes
 
Grilled Teriyaki Salmon Skewers
Ingredients
-  1 pound wild alaskan Salmon
-  3 Tablespoons brown sugar
-  1 Tablespoon soy sauce
-  4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
-  1 teaspoon rice vinegar
-  1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-  1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
-  Combine all ingredients in bowl
-  Cube Salmon into 1" cubes.
-  Let marinade for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
-  Preheat grill to 350 degrees
-  Skewer pieces and grill for 5 8 minutes
