            Savory Rosemary Grilled Halibut Skewers

Sundays Dinner and recipes!! The kids went back for thirds of the salmon, I'll take that as a win!!

Savory Rosemary Grilled Halibut Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinned wild alaskan halibut
  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl
  •  Cube halibut into 1" cubes.
  •  Let marinade for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  •  Preheat grill to 350 degrees
  •  Skewer pieces and grill for 5 8 minutes

Grilled Teriyaki Salmon Skewers

Ingredients

  •  1 pound wild alaskan Salmon
  •  3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  •  1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  •  4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  •  1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  •  1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  •  Combine all ingredients in bowl
  •  Cube Salmon into 1" cubes.
  •  Let marinade for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  •  Preheat grill to 350 degrees
  •  Skewer pieces and grill for 5 8 minutes
