This is one of our family recipes, and everyone loves that.
Here are the ingredients-1 ½ cups brown sugar
-1 cup kosher salt
-3 pounds wild Alaskan salmon
-½ cup of local honey
Brine for 5-8 hours and smoke at 165 degrees for 1.5 to 2 hours (until the core temperature reaches 145 degrees).
